I'm selling my home and in the process of building a new house(settlement in Nov) and in a tough situation. I listed my home for sale in May and sold my house in June. Settlement was scheduled for this Thurs - Aug 24th. I hired packers and movers and moved from my house to temporary housing last week. I was just notified that my buyers are walking away from settlement while leaving me their deposit. (Broken engagement)Their deposit in no way makes up for this financial inconvenience.

Now I am re listing my house in hopes of finding other buyers now in a slower market. My question is... Now that my house is empty since my furniture and wall decor is in storage should I hire stagers for a furniture and decor presentation in hopes of obtaining a buyer quicker OR should I leave the house empty and hope for the best?? Only my window treatments are left.
